The bottling machine mainly uses the swivel plate to drive the vertical shaft to rotate for continuous filling. And this process involves the large swivel plate, the transmission system, the machine body, automatic control and other related parts.
What is the specific bottling principle of the bottling machine? (1) Atmospheric pressure method
It means that the liquid flows into the container at atmospheric pressure by its dead weight. Generally speaking, the filling machine using this working principle will be applied to the filling of white spirit, fruit wine, milk, soy sauce, vinegar and other liquids.
(2) Equal-pressure method
The equal-pressure method is also called pressure gravity filling method, that is, under the condition that the air pressure in an area is higher than atmospheric pressure, the packaging container is first inflated to form the same air pressure as that in the liquid storage tank, and then the liquid material will flow into the packaging container by its dead weight. This method is usually used for the filling of carbonated drinks, such as beer, soda water and sparkling wine. Filling with this method can reduce the loss of carbon dioxide contained in such products, and prevent excessive foam generated in the filling process from affecting product quality and quantitative accuracy.
(3) Vacuum filling
The filling is under the condition that the air pressure in an area is lower than atmospheric pressure, that is, the liquid storage tank is at normal pressure, and only the packaging container is pumped to form a vacuum. The liquid material depends on the tank and the container to be filled. The materials can flow into the container under the pressure difference between the liquid storage tank and the container to be filled. This method is commonly used for the filling of white spirit and other products in China.
