According to the characteristics that wine is easy to froth when it is being filled, wine filling machines can be divided into vacuum (negative pressure) filling machines and siphon filling machines. (4) Without disassembling the filling valve, lift up the filling valve and rotate it 15 degrees clockwise to open the filling valve normally. At this time, the filling barrel and the filling valve can be backwashed conveniently. With single-pin stationary valve body, the valve core can be completely pulled out by gently pulling the pin roll. Thus, it has convenient maintenance.
(5) The wine bottling machine adopts high-sensitivity liquid level probes, inlet liquid level control devices and pneumatic angle seat valves to control the fluctuation of liquid level in the filling barrel within 30 mm.
