The whole water plant includes water treatment, water filling and capping machines, labeling machines, and packing machines. The capacity can be 7000 bottles of water per hour. The bottle can be a 200ml to 2000ml plastic bottle. This water line is for producing and packing bottled water, like mineral water, pure water, and other drinking water. The capacity can be up to 7000bph, suitable for plastic bottles. This waterline also includes bottle unscramblers, air conveyors, washing filling capping 3 in 1 machine, blow dryers, labeling machines and shrink packing machines.
The machine has a reasonable design, good appearance and convenient maintenance. By 3-in-1 monobloc, the bottle goes through washing, filling and capping with little abrasion, so the transferring is stable, with easier bottle changing. The specially designed stainless steel bottle gripper does not contact the thread parts of the bottleneck, avoiding the second contamination. High speed and mass flow filling valve ensures the high filling speed and exact fluid level. Parts contacting liquid are all made of excellent stainless steel. The electric system is from an international brand and achieves the national food hygienic standard. The bottle-out star wheel has a helical structure while changing over bottle size.
