This carbonated drink filling machine will produce 10000 bottles of gas water per hour in 500ml pet bottles. Direct connection technology between the air conveyor and the in-feeding wheel is applied to replace the in-feeding screw and conveying chain to ease the bottle changing process with only to change a few parts. The bottle-separating grippers are assembled to the star wheel. Instead of the traditional star wheel, we use a neck-hanging gripper to make bottle-size change easily, without height adjustment. The specially-designed rinser grippers made of stainless steel are firm and endurable, with no contact to screw part of the bottle to prevent the second pollution.
